Luxe is not updating my data

On the app it’s not updating anything daily. I keep having to refresh it and still it either doesn’t do anything at all or takes about at hour. My luxe and app are up to date

Would you mind double checking that your Luxe is up-to-date? Please verify that it's already running version 188.58.

To update your device:

  1. With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  1. Tap the Today tab > Devices > your device image.
  2. Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.
