Luxe is not working properly

when i hit the today button nothing comes up ie the steps button, etc - i have two charge 2's and no issues (EVER) - got my wife the luxe and have followed all instructions and you tube - already returned one luxe as it would not even turn on after charging all night

Please provide step by step instructions - i have unpaired - deleted the app, etc to get the app to work on her iphone.  Completed the steps over and over and no luck.

Hi there, @dankas. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you, would you mind clarify what the issue is? Is the Luxe not connecting to your wife's iPhone? Also, I'd like to know all the steps you've done so far so I can provide additional assistance. 

Nevertheless, if the issue is that the Luxe is not connecting to the phone's Bluetooth, please try the steps below in the order listed even if some of them have been already attempted: 

  • Unpair the new and old Luxe from the phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off the phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on the phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up the new Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Luxe.
