Luxe is showing Active Zone Minutes instead of Active Minutes

My goal is to be “active” for 40 minutes every day.  The reason I wear an activity tracker is because I’m motivated by numbers and ‘ticking boxes’.   I alternate my days with lap swimming and reformer Pilates.   When I track either of these on my Apple Watch, I tick the 30 minute active box.  Wore my Luxe for reformer today - 7 zone minutes for a 45 minute session.  Stupid to not let us be adults and choose between active minutes and zone minutes.  We aren’t all athletes who do HIIT every day - some of us just want to move daily and see our chosen target met.

Guess Fitbit wants me to wear my Apple Watch.

Hi there, @Sarakleins40. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how you must be feeling.

As you may know, there isn't a way to switch between active minutes and active zone minutes. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and vote to this feature: Allow us to choose between "Active minutes" or "Active zone minutes"If this suggestion receives votes from other customers and gains popularity, it will be shared internally with various teams at Fitbit. To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs.

Nevertheless, please note that if you tap on your zone minute icon, then scroll down, you will see an explanation of zone minutes. Zone minutes reward you for intensity. You get 2 zone minutes for every minute in the cardio and peak zones. You do not get this with active minutes. Zone minutes are more consistent with the American Heart Association recommendation of 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week. For more information, see What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

See you around.
