Time is shown off, actually 5 hours and 27 min off. I change the time zones , still wrong, just different hours wrong. I restarted fitbit, let the fitbit battery die. Still off. Any ideas?

I was having a similar problem.  I just purchased the Luxe today.  I just now resolved my problem.

Go into Settings on the app on your phone.  Select 'App Settings'.   I turned off 'Automatic Time Zone' and selected 'Select Time Zone'.  I'm in Eastern Time (GMT-4:00).  When I selected that it didn't work.  There are MANY options that indicate -4:00. For example, I selected Georgetown (GMT-4:00).  It automatically synced with change, else do a manual sync. This CORRECTED my time.  Earlier I tried same with a different selection using Manual time zone, but it didn't work.  Crazy, I know.  Once my time was corrected, I changed it back to my Eastern Time and it still worked.  Then I changed it to Automatic Time Zone, and it is still working.  So maybe try selecting a manual time zone that will give you the correct time. For example, if you are in London (GMT +1:00), try selecting Lisbon (GMT +1:00).  Good luck.  I hope it works.

See my comment above.  Good luck.

The support didn’t help me, that is why I was trying it here. Support suggested it is time zones but they are correct and even if not that wouldn’t explain the 5 hours 27 minutes difference. I am a bit lost now - and a bit annoyed. I have been using Fitbit for years now and was always happy and resisted going to competitor but frustrating that there is no help

Thank you! It actually worked. Can’t believe it! After I tried out so many different time zones and nothing worked, finally it did. Thanks!
