Hi all!
I went on vacation to Curaçao last week. Great holiday, it was very hot 30 degrees. I live in the Netherlands where it's now like 6 degrees, so a huge difference. I noticed my resting heart rate going up in Curaçao to 72. That's normal because of the temperature, now that I'm back my resting heart rate is going down. I can see it in the graphics, it's between 45 and 62 when I am sleeping. But it still said my resting heart rate is 68. Which is a difference with what I see in the graphics or what it normally is (63/63).
Does it take some time to adjust? Doesn't it just jump from 72 to 63 in two days. Hope that someone can explain. 🙂

I will be resting when my heart rate shoots up to 119 thereabouts. I know its not me because I take my pulse and it will be 57.
Advice please?
