My Luxe shuts down even though it is fully charged. It started happening frequently about two weeks ago. Is it time for me to purchase a new device? I am not sure how long I have had the Luxe, but one would hope it would last longer

Hi @MawKjo you last posted in October 2022 about your Luxe, so it might have been around that time that you got it. These devices vary in how long they live. Some people have them die within two years and some are able to keep them going five or more years, depending on the style. I'm using the Inspire 3, which is very much like my old Luxe. My Luxe didn't die, but the Inspire 3 was a gift, so I switched over to it. There are sales coming soon for Mother's and Father's Day, so it might be time to think about a replacement.
Try doing a restart of the Luxe to see if that helps. You can always ask customer support for help and they might have the date when you first started using the Luxe, too.

Mine is just 6 months old and has been doing this periodically. I’m ready to call support to get a new one although the new one will probably do the same.
