My Luxe periodically goes dark/unresponsive without warning. This happens when the battery has a good charge. Restarting it turns it back on but does not keep it from going dark later. Bluetooth and syncing seem to be working fine. Would be so happy to find a solution to this problem. Thanks!
Update: I use an Apple iPhone if that info helps.

If you haven't done so yet, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
