Luxe keeps turning itself off

My Luxe turns off sometimes even when it’s fully charged. I have tried some troubleshooting (with the help of Fitbit support team) like changing the clock face, restarting the Fitbit and factory reset. Nothing helped. Support team said they’ll not be able to help me any further in this issue. My Fitbit isn’t even 2 years old. Anyone here who can help?

If yours is only a few months old, they'll replace it w/ a refurbished one under the warranty.

Mine has started doing this too and it won't come back on until I connect the charger. Then it says my battery is at 75%, I remove the charger and it goes off, I have to do this many times before it will come on again. Then it tells me my battery is critical and only has 3% left. It goes off again and when I manage to get it back on, it tells me my battery is 82%. Its really starting to annoy me as I've used fitbit for years now and I liked them. But I don't think I will be buying any more if Cs is not going to help with this.
