I have had the common issue where my Fitbit powers down when it hits a milestone or I have an incoming call or just randomly. I did a chat with support and tried "change the clock face" and that seemed to improve the issue, but every since the firmware update it has returned with a vengence. Now it not only powers down multple times a day, but it is also loosing data. So if it powers down and has not "synched" with my phone recently it looses all the data it had gathered since the last synch. It is frustrating!! Is anyone else having this issue? It has powered down three times this morning already as I'm hitting an "active minute" milestone, but I can never hit the milestone as it won't move past it.
