Luxe keep shutting off. Charge is at 96% . Have to put back on charger. Loses all data.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

This is happening to me too. Charge was at 65% and only came on when connected to the charger and lost all my morning data. It stopped recording my sleep at 3.15am so something is not right

I'm having the same problem and the restarting and changing the clock face didn't work.
