My luxe needs to be restarted every time I sync.

Hi there, @Stunned. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

 

Is this a recent behavior? By any chance, did you switch phones or something like that? 

 

While I wait for your response, I suggest trying to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

 

If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
