Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

I've had my Luxe 2 weeks, week one i received notifications of emails and text messages coming to my Android. Week two, for no reason by me, those notifications do not come through. Based on fitbit site recommendations, online recs and youtube, i have checked my settings, permissions, notifications allowed, i have uninstalled the app, logged my Luxe out, shut phone down, restarted all and reinstalled fitbit app. Still no text notifications come to my phone. This was a huge reason i wanted this device. anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance

She is not the only one with this problem. A public answer/fix for this issue would be great!

Hi there, @Janet_B. Welcome on board!  I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not getting notifications. I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Luxe is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
