Hello I took off my Fitbit to shower and when I finished and was ready to put it back on it wouldn’t turn on. I tried connecting it to the charger still no response. I even moved where it is connected still no response in the app it says battery full but that it’s offline i guess and not responsive.

Please restart your device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, try to change your clock face.
If you managed to solve the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
