I just got the Fitbit Luxe 4 days ago. I can't sync with the app on my iPhone 13 Pro. I've tried everything, far too many times. I'm so disappointed because I thought this seemed ideal. I'll be returning this thing.

We recommend following our troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues or syncing issues.
If you continue having difficulties, please tell me what happens when you try to set up your Tracker? Do you see any error message? If possible, you can attach an image for further investigation.

Thanks so much for the information. Because I got so frustrated, I put the Luxe in the closet and forgot about it. I just pulled it out and charged it. So here I am trying to set it up again.
