Luxe resetting steps to 178

Today my Luxe has been resetting back to 178 steps. I'll get up and walk around and it will count up to whatever it is, but then almost instantly go back to showing 178. 

 

It seems to have started after I was trying to fix linking my Fitbit steps to my Noom app. Even though the Noom settings has the step counter connected to Fitbit, it wasn't actually showing anything. At one point I even had it linked with a separate app to my iPhone's health app. I think at that point in the day, my phone had 178 steps. I've disconnected the health app and all that, but this problem is here. I went on a walk in the neighborhood where my phone recorded over 4,000 but it still is showing 178 on my Luxe. Any ideas?
