Luxe screen corrupted

Hello, yesterday I noticed my Fitbit Luxe screen went blank and what appears to be tiny shapes across the top the screen and one dot in the center is lit up the others are not.  It will not respond to tapping or dragging.  I connected the charger to see if that would reset it and it didn't work.  What can I do to get my screen back?  Thank you!

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
