My Fitbit Luxe screen keeps freezing where the screen never turns off. I have it on auto wake so the screen turns on when I lift my wrist. Just right now, I lifted my wrist to check the time at 4am because my 5 month old was waking up for a feed. Now Luxe screen won’t turn off and is disruptive in the dark room. This isn’t the first time this occurred. How can this be prevented from happening?

Hi there, @LTruong86. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.
