My Luxe is displaying only horizontal lines, on the watch face and in the menus. Practically, the screen is unusable. I've tried the 3 push on the charging cable. It restarts, but still only horizontal lines are displayed. I have also tried to change the watch face, but the same lines appear. Do you have any ideas what else I can try?

@AndraCenusa Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. You can try changing the clock face, however, screen issues are usually hardware related and you'll need to contact Fitbit Customer Support for further assistance.
