Luxe screen has developed lines

Like many others, my luxe screen goes glitchy and shows only lines and is unresponsive. Sometimes I could get it back, but now it seems stuck. Should I just return the Luxe - seems like it is a widespread issue.

@KLM24 If the screen is glitching, try another clock face. If that doesn't work, I'd safely assume it's a hardware issue which can't be resolved here. You should contact Customer Support.
