Luxe screen is acting odd

it’s like I’m swiping through all the features but I’m not touching the screen. I did a restart, update, sync, etc. nothing is fixing the problem. What do I do? Only had this a year and a half

Hi @Rrice2471 My first advice in this sort of problem is to restart several times and change the clockface in the app. If they don't help it is probably fatal and your only option is to contact Fitbit Support  and hope they can help.
