Luxe screen is always lighting up

My watch will not turn off to sleep mode so that the battery doesn't drain so quickly.  It was working fine and then it wasn't. I see the time all of the time. How do I get it to stop doing this?

Hi there, @dzAZ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the behavior of your Luxe.

As a first approach, please check if your Luxe is set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings.
  2. Tap the Settings app > Display settings Always-on display.
  3. Tap Always-on display to turn the setting on or off. To set the display to automatically turn off during certain hours, tap Off-hours.

I hope we can solve your issue soon.

Hi @dzAZ Try Restarting  your Luxe a few times. If that fixes it - great. If it doesn't then contact Fitbit Support  and hopefully they can help you.
