Luxe screen is too dim

Hi my screen is not showing any color. It still remain same even after restart or change the clock. Pls advise

Hi there, @Woonnnn. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe and the image attached. 

 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Luxe is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

 

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Make sure screen display its on normal or Max and not Dim.

Hi all, it is not in sleeping mode. Also not due to brightness setting, it is not dim, it is no colour at all. Tried to set brightness to max, still look the same.
