My partners luxe screen has become non responsive. When he tried to reset it via the settings app, 5 dots showed up at the top of the screen. When we tried to reset it via the charging cord, it’s now stuck on the charging screen, even when unplugged.

Hi, @sarahvanass , the reset procedure can solve many problems, but it doesn’t always work the first few times, so it is worth trying again.
In this case I would also recommend changing the clock screen, which may also fix the issue. Your partner will need to change the clock screen on their app. The instructions are here . If that fixes the issue, please let your partner know that they can return to the previous screen if preferred.
