Luxe screen too dim

My luxe was fine but then a few weeks ago the screen went really dark and I can barely

see it. Sometimes I can see the clock face show although still very dim then it goes dimmer and I can’t see anything. I’ve checked that the sleep mode isn’t on and the brightness is set to max. Anyone experienced this or know how to resolve? Thanks

Hi there, @Dugsa. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Luxe's issue and for taking the time to check the settings and make sure everything was set correctly. 

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you. I’ve tried restarting and changing clock face and neither has
resolved it
