Luxe screen won't respond

New luxe for Christmas  i started setting up and got as far as getting a code sent on the luxe and inputting the code on the app. Since then all i have is a black screen with a thin white line. I have tried all troubleshooting methods online including some comments regarding the fitbit still charging. I left it overnight and there has been no change. Can anyone help?????
