The screen on my Luxe has stopped responding properly... when double tapped, the clock shows, but I can't scroll through the menus anymore.
Tried a restart on the charger for the last week. Changed clock face each day, no change.
Cleaned screen and hands! Also the bracelet keeps falling out of one end even though I changed that too.
