I have checked on the advice already recommended, I have tried to restart, disconnected from my phone, restarted my phone, changed the clock face and also updated to the Google account. I am still unable to swipe left or right on my Fitbit luxe? I have had it for just over a year - now I have exhausted all these avenues am I going to have to buy a new one? Or is there anything I have missed?

Hi @Tamsin_B if you're able to swipe up and down, have you tried restarting your Luxe?

@Tamsin_B If you can swipe down, can you do a factory reset? Swipe down > tap Settings > tap Device Info > tap Clear User Data. This will restore your Luxe to its original factory settings. You will need to set it up like new but hopefully that will resolve your issue.
