Luxe screen won't turn on

Hello ,

My Fitbit is not showing any display, I have changed the usb ports, cleaned everything and charged for a day. It still shows nothing. On resetting, all I can feel is the vibration after 10s but no display still. It is not pairing to my phone application. Kindly guide me.
