Luxe shuts down when using the exercise mode

Hi

my luxe shuts down when the exercise mode is selected. It doesn't matter if the battery is full, it still shuts down

this is very frustrating as i want to track my workout. I hve to keep it on charge when i click workout and charge it again before turning off the workout. Help!!!

@Mya88 Thanks for getting back and for letting me know that you've tried those suggestions already.

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Luxe. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. 

With the above being said, please sync your Luxe and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed: 

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that How do I set up my Fit-bit device?

Hi there, @Mya88. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is crashing when using the exercise mode. I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, 

thank you for the suggestions. However ive tried all the above, and its still shutting down when i use the exercise mode. 
is there anything else i can do?
