Hi, my luxe keep reverting to previous clock steps of 7609. Despite steps increase indicated on the luxe & Fitbit app, once it’s syncs, steps reverts back to the same steps clicked at earlier timing. Tried restarting luxe, Fitbit app, re-detect the luxe, nothing works, problem still persists, please help.

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
Please check if there is any manually logged activity on your Fitbit account or an activity synced from a third party app, these can override the steps registered by your Tracker. You can delete any manually logged activity or any activity from a third-party app to recover your missing steps.
If the above is not your case, please set up your Luxe as a replacement device:
