Hello

my Fitbit App has stopped showing sleep data even though the device is syncing

i have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth and restarting phone

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Fitbit app and the difficulty that you are experiencing. 

Please try fo follow these steps:   

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
