I didn’t see this topic in the Luxe forums, so I decided to start a new thread here. I’ve been using Fitbit for years and have never had this problem until the Luxe. I will manually start a workout on the watch and set a goal for an hour. I look later on in my workout and find that the watch stopped tracking the exercise after 15 minutes. Very disappointed in Fitbit. I had the Charge 3 for years and once I decided to upgrade, the models seem to get less functional with every release (none of which last more than a year or two before they stop working). Between this and the constant need to re-pair the device to my phone, I don’t think I will be getting another Fitbit once this one inevitably goes out on me as well. Unless anyone has a solution that hasn’t been posted yet, I suppose.
