Not getting sleep score on luxe

Are you not seeing the score in either the app or the device itself?  Have you ever seen a score or is this a new issue?

Sleep scores won’t calculate if 1) you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading (should be about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone); 2) you used the”begin sleep” option in the app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed); 3) slept for less than 3 hours; or 4) if you have a critically low battery.

 

If all those factors are met and you still aren’t getting them, I have seen people have luck with logging out and back into their account. Also make sure you have the latest version of the app. There are other troubleshooting steps - let us know if need further help.

Thank you so much for your response. I did get sleep scores for 4 nights when I first got Luxe then nothing for the past 5 nights. I have done everything you suggested with no luck. Other suggestions?

I also am getting inconsistent sleep scores . My luxe will register 2-3 hours and then nothing rest of night . Much less consistent than my Inspire 2 was .
