Luxe stopped tracking my sleep data

Since updating its not recording sleep.  I have reset and done everything suggested.  Upsetting since sleep is the main reason I got this Luxe.  
Please fix it fitbit ppl…

Ok. I've now seen a story about how there was an outage at Fitbit over the prior couple of days. In the future, clear communication from Fitbit that it's a network issue is preferred to repetitive advice to take five or six time-consuming steps to remedy used error.

Either not recording sleep at all,

or recorded night ends at some random point in time in the middle of the night where by HR you clearly see that cannot be true
