Honestly this device is crap now. Stops recording steps even although it’s fully charged. What the f*** is going on with this!!!!!

Did you Luxe stop tracking any other data besides the steps?
If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data.

Same problem here, it stopped tracking my steps 3 days ago. I have restarted the device(luxe), restarted my phone and my Bluetooth, un-installed the app and reinstalled, all the things that might fix the problem...nothing, so right now it's a watch, with MAYBE accurate sleep?

So my Fitbit worked well for about a week or so Marre but now it’s back to randomly stopping for no apparent reason. Even after restarting it a couple of times. I’m so frustrated with the device 🤬

and so the problem continues regardless of how many times I restart the device. Display won’t even show on tapping when worn.
I have zero confidence in this device now!!!
