Luxe stopped tracking workouts automatically

I Just noticed that my Luxe didn't register any workouts automatically since half of may 2022.

 

I wear the device all the time and i walk and bike regurarely.

It's working fine for sleep, steps and heartrate though.

 

Device always tracked automatically and i didn't change settings.

 

I cant find a solution and it's frustrating.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, please make sure your workouts are longer than what is set on your Fitbit account here > Luxe > Auto-Exercise Recognition.
