Luxe stopped working for the second time

This is the second time my fitbit Luxe has died and now needs to be replaced. How long do they typically last ?. I have tried a reset using the instructions but nothing has helped , just a blank screen . It synced yesterday at 7am and then died shortly after it was 97% charged at last sync.

Hi, @JoyceAngus, welcome to the community, I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before making your call make a note of the details of your problem, any steps you've taken to try & resolve it and the results. Note when & where you bought your device as you may be covered by the "warranty" depending on when & where you bought it.

That doesn’t answer my question . I did chat with customer support. My question was how long do they last . The first one lasted 6 months and the second just over a year.  What is the typical battery life ?
