I updated my iOS two days ago and now my Luxe won’t charge. I have tried multiple outlets and it will say it’s charging and then it stops. I have cleaned the prongs as well. I cannot restart it as it won’t light up for me or do anything unless it’s on the charger, and even then it just sits at 5-8% battery life and won’t change screens. I’ve only been using it 13 months.

@Mrscountry527 Sorry to hear you are having this problem. I would reach out to Customer Support. It sounds like it might be a hardware issue.
The other thing I would suggest is perhaps try getting a new charging cable and see if that fixes it.
