Have recently updated to a luxe. It is no longer syncing with the app on my phone. I have uninstalled & reinstalled twice, updated & refreshed a number of times.
No information regarding sleep is showing on the life screen.
The luxe screen needs to be tapped quite firmly for it to illuminate.

Hi there, @Susanseymour. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following:
- Unpair your Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Bluetooth.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth.
- Set up your Luxe again.
- If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.
If you can't get started with your Luxe, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
As for the screen, please make sure that screen wake feature is enabled. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

I'm having the same problems. I've done these steps over and over. We should have to do this once or twice a week. I've only had my fitbit for 3 months.
