Luxe won't sync with iPhone 14 Pro

I have tried numerous times to sync my Luxe to my iPhone and after restarted both it still says LUXE NOT FOUND. how do I get them to sync up?

Hi there, @mimska. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

While reading your post, I was wondering if your Luxe is properly linked to your Fitbit account? To make sure that your Fitbit device is paired, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab > Tap Devices > device image >  tap Sync Now.
