My new luxe not charging, it shows charging up to some level, after that it drops to 1% and starts to charge again. And when I disconnect the cable the screen goes blank (device probably off due to no charge), And when I reconnect the cable it starts charging from 1%. when device is connected to cable I can use the watch, when I disconnect the cable device turns off. When i check from web dashboard also it shows empty battery.

my firmware version is 58.20001.151.16.

device activated on 21.03.2024

Hi there, @an1204. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not charging properly. Thanks for all the details provided in your post. I will do my best to help you with this.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Additionally, please find below some tips to best charge Fitbit devices:

  • Use only genuine Fitbit charging cables
  • Avoid USB battery packs
  • Charge at room temperature

For charging purposes, your charging cable or your base station can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:

  • A computer
  • A Wall A/C to USB adapter, commonly found with smartphones
  • A DC to USB adapter (vehicle power port)

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Luxe hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. Once you charge your Luxe make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Luxe will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
