I have a new luxe. I have tried many usb chargers around the house, including one I used with my old Fitbit, and non of them work - except a usb socket built into a couch! This is clearly no use if I travel. To be clear, the watch works and will charge, but only with one charger built into the couch. All other usb chargers (Apple, non-Apple, etc) do not work. Any thoughts?

Sorry, accidentally pressed best reply when it’s not. I have tried all the suggestions in the post. As I said in my original post, it will only charge using one particular usb socket in the house. It does not charge using any other socket or travel charger, rendering the Fitbit practically useless when travelling.

Hi @BlueAstra that's the strangest thing! I have a Luxe and usually only charge it from one spot, but I tried a few places around the house without any problems. When you put the charger on in sockets other than the couch, do you see any sign that it's connected? You try restarting the Luxe?
