I have changed the wall plug, cleaned the charging surfaces, left it for several hours, restarted the device, left it for several more hours, changed the outlet I’m charging from, pressed the little button on the USB connector 3 times. When I put the device on the charger it was vibrating to show it had connected properly but it will not charge the battery at all and now it’s totally dead and unresponsive. I’ve been trying for over 24 hours and nothing is helping so far.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
