I am in India and I have tried all fixes on earlier similar problems, but the Time Zone on my Fitbit Luxe isn't re setting to GMT+5:30 [India], instead, it is stuck on GMT or GMT Minus - not GMT PLUS. please help!

Hi everyone!

Thanks for reporting this issue with us, and your efforts while working on this matter. I wanted to let you know that this issue was already escalated and our team got it fixed. If you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.

Once again, I appreciate your feedback.

Hi there, @AakankshaKumar. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still showing the wrong time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

If the issue persists after the above, please restart your Luxe once again and force quit the app and try again updating the time zone.

I've tried both methods, both haven't worked. The Fitbit Luxe display seems to be set to a GMT default, irrespective of all possible resets(including logging out, uninstalling the app, Re installing, re-syncing to a totally different time zone, redoing), nothing works. It's at a default display of GMT, instead of my actual time zone of GMT +5:30. I've rest my phone time zone, phone settings, country settings on Fitbit.com/Dashboard - nothing works!

Yes. I found the same. There’s something wrong with the software. And the calculation.

I'm having the same issue myself with Malaysia time zone. What works for me right now is switching to a different country that has the same time zone and in my case Perth/Macau.

I do hope this gets fixed soon as it bugs me

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I'm in SG too and facing this issue. Have been troubleshooting the past half an hour. Incredibly frustrating. Didn't do anything to my watch and noticed that the time changed out of the blue, in the evening around 5+pm today

My Luxe is showing the wrong time for my time zone. My timezone is Singapore which is GMT +8 but is displaying GMT. This is the same for cities in the same time zone. However, the time in other time zone setting is correct when I switched to the other time zone.
I have reinstalled the IOS app, changed from enabled and disabled automatic time zone, unpaired and re-paired the luxe and cleared the luxe data.  All this does not work. Any advice appreciated.
