Pace no longer divided into kms

Hey there, this only happened recently, my pace for my run is now showing like so:

Previously for a 5km run it would show Lap 1, Lap 2, Lap 3, Lap 4, Lap 5 and the time it took to complete each 1km. Is there a setting that might have changed?
