Hi there, @EmmaPennells. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your Luxe. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Regarding the battery issue, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you manage to keep your Luxe on, we can try to address the connectivity issue. With that being said,
try the following steps in the order listed while your Luxe is connected to the charging cable:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

The restart recommended above should also help with the white line you're seeing on the screen.

Having EXACT same issue since Wednesday night.  Will not pair. Have tried ALL suggestions and wasted hours trying to fix.. says need ap to pair when it actually locates. Now it's not even locating the Luxe. I've Uninstalled and started from scratch to no avail, even had my daughter check out. This is definitely an update issue.
