Luxe won't pair as the 4 digit code is always wrong

Hi! While i am trying to link my FitBit Luxe to my device ( i have tried ipad and ihone) the 4 digits code received seems always wrong. Always the wrong code. and so, my watch don't link at all . Any tips?? thank you!

Hi there, @marlene54. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties to set up your Luxe. I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. Then, please try the set up again.
