Luxe won't record exercise data

My Fitbit luxeis showing calories and steps but when I tap one exercise, it shows no data. I have disconnected and paired it again but I still am facing the same issue

Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the operating system of your phone and then the latest version of the Fitbit app.
