Luxe won't respond

Fitbit fully charged but no response on back or front.  It appears dead.

Hi there, @clwb. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

As @Odyssey13 has suggested, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @clwb  first thing to do is restart the device. Have you done that? If so, next step is customer support.
