My Fitbit luxe is only 6 months old. It’s on charge, tried the 3 button press but nothing.

Hi there, @Faegirl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
As a first approach, please make sure you've restarted your Luxe as described here.
If the restart doesn't work and your Luxe doesn't vibrate during the restart process, please follow the steps below:

Same. Like a month old. It just completely sucks and I’m not buying a Fitbit again- sadly, bc I’ve owned one model or another for Uber a decade. It does not wake up no matter how many times I tap the screen. Fully charged, setting adjusted correctly. It’s just a crap product. I also hoped by now they would have created a charger that can sit up on its own. But no. I also agree with the customer who wrote about the clock faces being awful. Not many choices for Luxe and hard to read. So disappointed.

You can restart on the device. On the clock screen scroll down. Look for the settings icon. Scroll up until you see the restart option. Select restart then press the button. This does not always work. My device is only syncing after a restart. Any time I want to look at my dashboard on the phone app, I must restart.
